The Genikes Insurance Customer Portal provides the following services:

Purchase of insurance policies (for individuals): motor, home, hunter’s, travel, drivers. Additionally, it provides the option to save an insurance quote.

Access and information for insurance policies maintained with Genikes Insurance (policy number, insurance premium, start and end date of insurance coverage, insured sums, information regarding payments and premiums due, functionality to print the most recently revised policy schedule and send a Policy via E-mail).

Updating of personal information (contact phone number, mailing address, E-mail address and any other information that may be requested by Genikes Insurance from time to time in the context of the contractual relationship with the customer).

Payment of insurance premiums, by connecting to the JCC website, with automatic transfer of insurance policy information to the payment screen.

The Genikes Insurance Customer Portal will soon be enriched with additional features and functionalities.
