Notify General Insurance of Cyprus (GIC) in case of a Motor Claim. Through Genikes App, GIC clients can submit a Claim for windscreen or other own damage to a GIC insured vehicle provided that there are no third-party property damages nor bodily injuries to third parties. It is worth noting that the above feature is a first for Cyprus, as clients are offered the opportunity to carry out FNOL (First Notice of Loss) electronically, fully automating the process.

Notify the Motor Assistance service (Roadside Assistance or Accident Care) electronically without having to call (the location is tracked using the mobile phone GPS tracking feature).
