Loss or damage to the insured property resulting from fire, lightning, smoke, earthquake, flood, storm and tempest, vehicle impact, aeroplane crash, malicious damage, explosion, water or fuel leakage, engineers’ and architects’ fees, salary payment, rent payment, accidental damage to electronic equipment and other perils as shown in the Policy.
